Shipping, Returns, Cancellations & Policies
We ship all items via USPS Ground, which take 2-8 days to deliver within the Continental U.S. We also offer USPS First Class mail with a 1-3 day delivery. If you require a different carrier please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have an account number with a shipping agency that you would like to use, again, please email us within 24 hours of your order, otherwise we are not liable for shipping per our normal method.
Changes to your order must be emailed to us within 24 hours of your order.
We fulfill your order within 72 hours. We are closed during weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Also note that the day the package ships is not considered a shipping day by all major shipping agencies.
If you require EXPEDITED SHIPPING, please email us the date you need your package to arrive and your shipping address. A full contact name and phone number is also required.
Please email email@example.com or call us at 509-281-3211 to request an RMA for your product(s). We gladly take returns within the 30-day timeframe from the delivery of your item(s). We ask that your item ship back intact and the contents are not liable to spill out of the box or envelope, which could be hazardous to the shipper.
Do note that perishable items like the tea and CBD oil and balms must be used within a reasonable time and stored properly, and per the directions on the packaging. We are not responsible for items spoiling during the time of your use. Please see the product page for all directions and suggested storage.
The cost of shipping returns back to Tea Lyn’s is the responsibility of the customer. Upon the arrival of the returned items, Tea Lyn’s will process the items, and if a refund is applicable a refund will be issued. The payment source will be used to apply the refund. We at Tea Lyn’s do not have access to your credit card number (only the last four digits), nor your Paypal/Vimeo account. Shopify, who hosts our site, processes these refunds for us. It can take 2-7 days to see a refund applied to your original account.
After contacting Tea Lyn’s for an RMA and permission to return we will provide you with the proper shipping address. DO NOT ship items back to the address on your shipment and DO NOT ship it to our physical address where our tea shop is located, as there is no mail delivery in our small town and it will be returned-to-sender. You are liable for the cost of shipping the return.
If you placed an order you would like to cancel, please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (509-281-3205) immediately. There is a 72-hour processing window, however sometimes we're able to fulfill orders more quickly. Our policy holds to a 24-hour window where cancellations my be fulfilled. After this time we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order, as it may have shipped out.
