Brewing Instructions: 1 teaspoon tea to 8-10 oz 180 degree water (not boiling, just steaming). Steep 4-6 minutes. We encourage you to place the tea directly into a small tea pot without straining; there’s something beautiful about a small leaf escaping into your cup so you can delight in this hand selected tea made with great care, just for you.
