Want something really unique, yet still tasty?
Fireside Chai tea will leave you with a wow feeling after your first sip, giving you and your friends something to chat about around the fire. We took a traditional Indian Masala Chai, using a higher grade base tea and higher grade spices, then added the Wow: A hint of smokey Lapsong Suchong and extra cardamom to balance it.
This tea mix is full-bodied, aromatic, and smooth. The spices are comfortingly familiar yet also exotic, leaving you that sense that your are next to a campfire. The steeping suggestions are just a starting place, adjust to your taste; but to achieve the creamy thickness of masala chai, you do need to boil the milk. You can also make this as a simple spiced tea using 1 tsp per 8oz boiling water, for 4-6 min. Add sugar or milk to your taste.
